if you already have a prospective employer who will sponsor you, just fill out everything and have your lawyer ship the application april 1st.

Mine and my wife's 485 must have been "touched" today ... not sure why though. The status still says "Case received and pending..."
Any ideas fellow members? Could it be good sign or just standard update...?

Hi friends
I travelled out of USA and am trying to get back into USA with AP. I am using H1B(not stamped).
THey temporarily transferred to me indian office for this duration.
I also have EAD with me(not yet started to use).Now My co. is not letting me to go back to USA
without a project.If incase i want to change my employer, how can I do it..
Will it hurt to go back without employers permission to USA and then to use EAD to get a job?
After this I plan to submit my resignation.For EAD, 180 days already crossed.
If I want to do the above,how many days I have to get a job with EAD with a new employer after I go to USA?
What are my options?

In the form it asks the following questions:
Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS?
If yes, which USCIS office?
Date for application:
my question: I had applied to Vermont service center and later it was transferred to Texas Service center... So Should i put Vermont or Texas as the applied USCIS office?
Also, The date of application is that the day i signed the application? or the received date that i see on the approved EAD?

My friend currently is in his home country. He worked with H1-b before, and left US because of being laid off (could not found a new job in time). His question is if he can apply for B2 and go to the US first, then stay in US looking for a job. After getting an offer, transfer his previous H1-b to a new company. Can he do like that? Thanks!

I think if she didn't indicate that she intended to do CP in her I-140, but rather indicated she intended to do AOS in the US, then it will be a pain in the neck to switch to CP

File->Script->Image Processor lets you batch convert to .jpg, tif and psd. Or any combination thereof. You can run an action on the batch too.
