Today I rceived someone else's EAD. We received three EADs, one each for me and my wife and another adressed to me with EAD inside being some one else's.
Weired ways of USCIS!!!!
I shall call USCIS and notify them of this.

I'm presently on H4 in US and have got the H1B visa approval(Mostly I would get the I94 and wouldn't require stamping unless i leave USA) . Due to personal reasons I need to travel to India planning to go to India.
I would like to get the visa stamped in Tijuana before I go to India.
I have not yet started working with my employer.Infact I did not get my H1B approval papers yet nor have SSN till now.(approval of H1B is on Oct 16th 2007)
Since October has been crossed and i dont have a paystub(since my approval is late) my question is are there problem if the consulate officer asks about why i have come for stamping even before starting the job (since i have 194) and what if he asks for paystubs as iam going after october 1st.
Can anyone please help?

1. take info pass appt and request them to issue a interim EAD.
2.Meanwhile also contact your local congressman/woman and take thier help.

Apologize for starting new thread, but this is an urgent request and need attention.
I need to respond to a RFE related to proving Programmer Analyst being a Speciaity occupation.
I researched and found a memo from Terrance Way, Director INS issued a memo on this on December 22, 2000 and is available on AILA Infonet
AILA InfoNet at Doc. No. 01040603
I couldnt locate this memo in USCIS policy guidance memoranda search.
Can some one with access to AILA Infonet, please send me this document

For a EB2 position, that requires a MS with no alternate qualification accepted:
1. Does the business necessity need to show how the job duties match the course work during MS or why the job duties are needed for the company?
2. Do we need to send the business necessity at the time of applying for PERM or only when audited.

Yes, as long as the new job is same/similar to job B. The 180 days count is number of calendar days i-485 is pending, not number of days on the job. One may not even be working at all during that 180 days, or even while waiting for i-485 approval however, must have a very good excuse because IOs will be very suspicious. It is not violating any rules though as i-485 is for future employment.

When we file 485 AOS along with EAD & APL, these are three seperate forms, so we get three seperate receipt numbers?
is that correct?
